The website and newsletters are compiled for and maintained by Guernsey Writers also known as First Guernsey Writers.

A. What we collect about you for our newsletter sent by email, for our website and for any online forms or paper forms.

3.Any informationsuch as details of events containing results of runs or who is coming to an event,published on our website.

1.Share data to send club newsletters to members by email.

2.Share data to post club newsletters to website.

3.Share data to Manage membership

1.To enable us to carry out necessary administration relating to your mem

bership of Guernsey Writers' events and relatedoperation of the clubas a writers' club.

2.To enable us to carryout necessary administration relating to, and to operate events organised by Guernsey Writers.

3.To enable us to provide relevant and necessaryry information via email, text, or by post to you about your membershipof Guernsey Writers and events you enter organised by Guernsey Writers.

WE WILL NOT

share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Guernsey Writers may also share your personal information with the Police and/or other Law Enforcement agencies for the purpose of crime prevention or detection.

If we disclose your information, we will ask the organisation to demonstrate that the data  will assist in the prevention or detection of crime, or that Guernsey Writers are legally obliged to disclose it.

This is done strictly on a case by case basis and through a tightly controlled process to ensure we comply with data protection legislation.
